Founded in the year 1972 by Silvio Castagnotto, Heladería DolceFreddo offers the unique "Gelato" ice cream with true Italian craftsmanship, perfectly merging the traditional flavours of Turin's Piemonte with the local products of the Balearic Islands. Made with high quality ingredients, its ice creams are made with fresh milk and cream from the best milk producer cooperative in Menorca.
Also making delicious smoothies with the best seasonal fruit and vegetables, rich in vitamins and with a range of irresistible combinations to choose from, such as chocolate with orange, apple, carrot and strawberry, tiramisú or Lassi with honey, hazelnut and cinnamon among many other options. Their crêpes both sweet or savoury, covering over ten flavours from the classic ham and cheese “galette”, through to their delicious proposals with fruit, ice cream or exclusive chocolate and hazelnuts IGP the Langhe region.
Another passion of this family business? Coffee, with a Mike Alessandria roasting process and traditional mixtures, highlighting their "capuccino" in the creamy italian style, and other specialities such as the hazelnut coffee or their range of teas and hot chocolates, simply irreplaceable in winter. You'll also find waffles and fresh pastries, not to mention the hazelnut and chocolate cake or their typical “amaretti" of Piemonte.
