Who are we? My name is Nima Mayans Veny, I have always loved cooking, a pleasure that you can share with your family, friends, co-workers...
In March of 2012 I opened the doors of ASSABORIR, a ready-cooked meal business unlike any other, why? Because my priority is quality cuisine, palatable and above all with the taste of home-cooking, with that same taste as you aim for at home.
Why the name ASSABORIR? Because it means “savouring”, I don't understand the concept of eating without tasting the food, as therein lies the pleasure of what we eat.
Does our mark of distinction? From the very first day I was determined not to offer restaurant-flavoured, the food I want to cook tastes home-made, hundred percent!, That would remind anyone of that food that our mothers or grandmothers made... and we have succeeded!
When a grandmother of eighty years of age comes in and says: "The cod I took yesterday had the same taste as when I used to cook it" for me this is the greatest compliment.
Our work days
Open Sunday to Friday from 8am to 2.30pm. Closed on Saturdays.
If you finish at 3 don't worry, just call us and order your food, we'll wait for you to come and pick it up

Our dishes
In Nima's Kitchen we mainly prepare typical Spanish dishes and traditional Mallorcan cuisine, our one, that of our mothers and grandmothers (tumbet, Mallorcan soups, fried Mallorcan pork with cabbage, stuffed eggplant, Mallorcan-style cod and cuttlefish, snails, and so on.) but we don't forget other cuisines such as vol-au-vents filled with seafood, stuffed avocados, peach delight... and our scrumptious paella.
We have an extensive menu with over 70 different dishes that we are alternating, selecting between 12 and 20 different daily proposals.
In Nima' kitchen we also have a chicken rotisserie with a unique and exquisite flavour, try them and you'll surely be seduced. Order them earlier if you don't want to miss out!
Festivals and Celebrations
It doesn't matter if you have a get-together with your friends or family! Nor should you let the crisis ruin your reunions or celebrations, you can have them at home!
We have several menus to make your celebrations a success, without overspending.
We can make any meal you order with us in advance.
Our special offers
From Monday to Thursday except on holidays, our exacting menus with a first and main course, for just "5'85 €"
Every Friday, 20 to 25 varieties of dishes to choose from, including snails, for only €5 per serving.
Every Sunday, roast shoulder of lamb or suckling pig with patató, as well as our exquisite and delicious paellas.
