Ca’n Bernat

Eating a good 'pa amb oli' is essential if one wishes to get to know the best of our cuisine. A simple and informal dish capable of satisfying the most discerning of palates. This typical dish of the rural peasantry has evolved with time toward the varied ingredients now composing it.

Ca'n Bernat offers us a truly tempting selection with ham and cheese, bacon, pork, the sailor's (tuna, salmon, anchovies, boquerones) or their special in 'pambolieria', garnished with ham, cheese, fuet, chorizo, and camaiot. The excitement in tasting these will spread quickly, just see for yourself!

You will also find other par excellence classics such as the 'pa amb sobrassada', succulent snails or a refreshingly light 'trempó' ideal for our Mallorcan summer. And don't leave without trying their tasty tapas and homemade croquettes.
