Carnisseria Sa Plaça safeguards the quality of our land's products, offering us for over three decades now, its select variety of fresh meats from Mallorca.

And we can not talk about our beloved island without mentioning one of the queens of its gastronomy: the sobrassada spicy saussage, a native delicacy and unique flavour which is the result of a lively tradition in which prized pork meat was preserved in stock for the rest of the year. Simply irresistible on a slice of bread, it is also a delicious ingredient in many typical recipes.

In Carnisseria Sa Plaça you'll find authentic Mallorcan sobrassada, made by the owners themselves, along with other delicious artisanal cold meats: botifarrones, camaiots, sausages, paté... Come by and enjoy the tastiest of traditions!

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 1:15pm and 4:30pm to 8pm. Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 1pm.
