And the renowned ambassadors of our land, our dearest Ensaimadas: smooth and original or filled with cabello de ángel, vanilla cream, whipped cream, cream with nuts, chocolate and cream, hazelnut cream, apple jam, apricot, apricots and cream, the traditional Ensaimadas with tallades... and have you already tried the carob cream? Just come by! We offer any desired combination of ingredients, valuing suggestions from the customer .
We can also enjoy their typical Majorcan savoury pastries: empanadas (meat, meat and peas, chicken with onions, fish), cocarrois and vegetable bakes (of trampó, vegetable mix or roasted peppers), in addition to their pizzas and Galician empanadas. And as is and should be customary: the traditional lamb pie is also available.
Try their artisanal breads: Mallorcan bread both white and brown, llonguets, viennas... also making pà de xeixa every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, usually prepared with the autochtonous variety of rye and other grain.
Taste their Christmas tarts and cakes, as well as their baked potato recipes, provided by a renowned cook in Valldemossa, with whom the owner had the pleasure of collaborating.
