This traditional bakery in the centre of Felanitx, over 60 years old, offers us, in addition to its artisan preparation of traditional bread and delicious ensaïmadas, speciality exquisite vegetable cakes, essential for any reunion, made with the best produce from our earth, their tasty apricot bakes, with their distinctive sweet and sour hint, inherent in one of the Mediterranean's most prized types of fruit, their irresistible muffin cakes with their soft spongy mass, and the famous almond gateau, also one of the oldest and most typical desserts of the island, with the sweet flavour and fine texture of our unmistakeably Mallorcan almonds.
