Galletes Rossellons is an artisanal family business founded in 1980, and with the qualification of "Master craftsman", its products follow a slow preparation process for the highest quality and rustic nature.

One of its main products are the typical galletes d'oli, olive oil biscuits which can be found throughout the market with the name of Galletes Rossellons. Also, not neglecting the traditional recipe, they have created a sort of galletes d'oli called Galefit, rich in carob seed. The idea for making these cookies came from a study conducted by the research team on renal lithiasis and biomineralisation of UIB university, which showed that phytate, a potent antioxidant found in some cereals, inhibits the formation of kidney stones.

Under the brand name of Gelabert specialities, we find true delicacies such as Mallorcan almond nougat and the typical Mallorcan turróncakes. In addition to these and under the same name, we also find prepared mixtures for almond ice cream as well as hazelnut, also useful in making "gató" or bitter treats. And speaking of treats, let’s not forget the typical Boer wafer cookies, which you can enjoy in the cream, almond, vanilla and coconut flavours.

Finally worth noting are their Bendinat pastas, since these are the last manufacturers of pasta in Mallorca. The Bendinat brand offers a variety of noodles and burballes where, probably the most popular dishes are the typical "fideus de vermar" the "burballes de llebre" or "fideus mariners".
