This small family business was born in S'Arenal at the hands of Juan Rojas and Margarita Comas, where they continue to manage their deli store. With the second generation now at the helm in young Sebastian Rojas, S'aglà, tallat a mà has been establishing new horizons and giving those who come to their points of sale the tasting experience of savour a proper cut of cured ham. Specialising in high quality domestic products, these professionals also offer us other sorts of cold meats and cheeses.

At their stand in Palma's Mercat de l'Olivar we can also enjoy the traditional and especially, their tasty tapas, with over thirty different varieties of ham. An irresistible combination? Coupling it with one of their cheeses and a little glass of wine.
